Classes on Offer


Dee works with clients locally in the Sheffield area, and online in the UK and worldwide. Payments can be made in GBP or EUR. (Click here for pricing in Euros)

Online mat classes

Online group mat classes are live streamed via Zoom.  Each session includes 50-55min of moving together, and time to reflect and ask questions at the end of the class.

These mat Pilates classes are suitable for any age or ability level. All you need is a mat and a bit of space to move!

Schedule (all times are London, UK time zone):

  • Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm (all levels – suitable for beginners)
  • Saturdays 9-10am (intermediate – for those with some experience or practising other sports)

Prices:

First class is free!

Regular prices
– drop-in: £10
– 5-class pass*: £45
– 10-class pass**: £80

Student prices
– drop-in: £8
– 5-class pass*: £35
– 10-class pass**: £60

* 5-class passes are valid for 7 weeks
** 10-class passes are valid for 14 weeks

Pilates Gym

Prices are as advertised on the studio websites and classes are bookable there.

1:1 bespoke sessions

Bespoke 1:1 sessions are available for Mat pilates (online or in-person) and Equipment pilates (in-studio only). Bespoke sessions offer the opportunity to explore specific issues in your body and how it likes to move best, in order to help you reach your personal goals. The first session will include an assessment to find out your goals and how I can help to achieve them.

Mat sessions are available on Fridays and Saturdays and can be online, or in-person at Dee’s home.

In-studio equipment sessions are available at the following days & locations:

There is the option to share your sessions with a friend or your partner (2:1).

Before you start

I recommend you wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing, avoiding thick rims, buttons and zippers as these can be uncomfortable when moving lying on the mat.

If you are pregnant, I recommend you attend specific pregnancy Pilates classes, which I’m afraid I currently am unable to offer.

Pilates can be very beneficial for a range of health conditions or when recovering from pregnancy or injuries, but please consult your specialist before starting Pilates classes. Do get in touch with me if you have any doubts about whether these classes are for you!

Please also let me know of any issues in your bodies before you start any classes. In the vast majority of cases, classes can easily be adapted to meet your need!
