Group mat classes are an affordable and fun way to get in regular practice and progress together with others. A range of classes is available to suit any age or ability level, and movements will be modified to suit your body and experience.

Bespoke mat sessions are an effective route for those working on specific goals. These tailored sessions provide a safe and stimulating environment to explore any issues in your body and prepare you for full participation in your daily or sporting activities. Available as 1:1 or 2:1.

Corporate mat classes offer a meaningful way for businesses to invest in the wellbeing of their staff. Regular classes can help relieve stress and work-related aches and pains, and improve posture. It also is a great way to bring colleagues together.
